PubMed에서 Systematic Review 검색법에 대해서 알아보겠습니다.
'Systematic Review'는 줄여서 'SR'이라고 칭하기도 하며 우리말로는 '체계적 고찰'이라고 합니다.
한마디로 체계적이고 포괄적으로 논문을 수집하고, 엄격하고 객관적인 문헌 평가 방법에 의해 종합된
추정치를 제시하는 논문이라고 볼 수 있습니다.
검색 방법은 아래와 같습니다.
①우리병원 PubMed ☞ http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?holding=ikrdaemplib 로 접속합니다.
②PubMed Tools 아래에 있는 Clinical Queries를 클릭하세요.
③Find Systematic Reviews → systematic[sb]
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/pubmed_subsets/sysreviews_strategy.html 에서 복잡한 검색식을 볼 수 있습니다.
- This strategy is intended to retrieve citations identified as systematic reviews, meta-analyses,
- reviews of clinical trials, evidence-based medicine, consensus development conferences,
- guidelines, and citations to articles from journals specializing in review studies of value to clinicians.
- This subset can be used in a search as systematic [sb].
Example: exercise hypertension AND systematic [sb]
