The commoners on a boulevard near the glittering HongKong city hall are now fighting for Freedom.
What sort of the cause does bring them to the “Honking jihad?”
Only a few weeks ago, they were ingenuous and naive residents like us so that they believe their democratic sovereignty are scarcely under threat from the mainland.
For the past 22 years, the two regions have narrowly balanced the contradictory goverments called “One China Two Systems(一國兩制).”
As of today, however, the house of card comes to the doomsday. Making the matters worse, the Pro-Beijing neighborhood are arising against the voice of Freedom.
In Hong Kong these days, conflicting views of the ongoing anti-government protests are painfully felt in the all of Hong Kong citizens.
