Do not fear Goliath Tigerfish; embrace his uniqueness. But don't walk your dog too close to the river. This puppy weighs 100 pounds and 150 centimeters long with finger-like thick teeth and was caught in the Congo River by Jeremy Wadefor for the TV show River Monsters. It was later released after TV shooting. The species is difficult to catch, says Wade, because it lives in such a remote area of The Congo. Also, it will usually just spit out a hook.
