나 좀 도와줄래?
hand가 들어가는 광범위하게 쓰이는 표현 중 하나이다. 대신 쓸 수 있는 표현으로 Can you help me out?,I could use some help over here(도움이 좀 필요한데요)가 있고 could use는 구어체로 need란 뜻으니 기억해둘 것. I'd really appreciate your help(도와주신다면 정말 감사할 거예요) 등도 있다.

M: Sorry, I hurt my back last week. Doctor told me to take it easy. I'll hold the door open for you though.
