Good morning!
I'm learning a lot in my Korean language class.
Recently I learned how to say, "See you tomorrow."
I may say this to you sometime.
Today's English expression is: in hot water.
In hot water means in a lot of trouble.
Here is an example conversation:
Person A: Hey, where did my white jacket go?
Person B: Oh, I spilled some red wine on the floor, so I had to use your jacket to mop it up….Sorry.
Person A: What?! That was my favorite jacket! You're in hot water now!!
A: Hey, where did my white jacket go?
B: Oh, I spilled some red wine on the floor, so I had to use your jacket to mop it up….Sorry.
A: What?! That was my favorite jacket! You're in hot water now!!
