My life has another bump in the road. I recovered from my allergy attack, and I was excited to go spend time with my dad. Then I woke up one morning and couldn't walk. I couldn't place weight on my right foot. It hurt, and I screamed out loud. I deal with pain every day, I'm used to it. So it has to hurt A LOT for me to scream. I stayed off my foot and applied ice, then later heat. Nothing worked. I was worried I had broken my foot. Finally, I went and got an X-ray, and my foot isn't broken. They think it might be a symptom of my condition. I'm taking a new medication and hoping for the best. Please keep me in your thoughts.
Today was my dad's 84th birthday. I was sad I couldn't celebrate with him. But, I called him several times. I might try to go see him later this week if I feel better. (if I can walk without yelping) I love my dad a lot. I want to spend so much time with him. He misses my mom, though.
Remember, it isn't your fault. Things happen. Tours are complex, and everyone works as a team. I'm sorry the promoter dropped the ball. You can reschedule in 2026 and use the time you planned for the tour to promote your album. I predict your album will break into the US charts and be played on all the radio stations.
