아들은 말했지, “저도 그러고 싶어요, 아버지, 시간이 나면요
You see, my new job's a hassle, and kids have the flu
새 직장에선 바쁘고, 아이들은 독감에 걸렸어요
But it's sure nice talking to you, dad
하지만 이렇게 얘기하니 좋네요, 아버지
It's been sure nice talking to you."

And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me
전화를 끊으면서 문득 이런 생각이 들었지
He'd grown up just like me
아들이 정말 나처럼 자랐구나
My boy was just like me
아들이 나랑 똑같이 돼버렸구나
