Welcome to Take five cafe! We are pleased to announce that our Metropolis at Metrotown. Branch is now looking forwars to hiring two(2) new baristas.
One position will be full-time and the other part-time.
As a Take Five team member, you will create the Take Five Cafe experience for our guests by providing legendary guest service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. At Take Five cafe coffee is everything. Our passion for what we love is what consistently drives us to offer our guests’ coffee, food, and service that are second to none.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
-Delivers legendary guest service to all guests.
-Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines fir all products.
-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and vision of Take Five Cafe.
-Discovers and responds to guest needs. Creates strong and lasting relationships with guests.
-Contributes to positive team environment through a positive and upbeat attitude and hard work.
-Follows Take Five Cafe’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift.
-Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
The full-time employee will also be requires to have a flexible schedule and the ability to handle catering preperation and delivery with professionalism and precision.
