Compensation: $14/hour + tips + LMIA (limited condition)
Chatime is a world-renowned brand when it comes to the world of bubble tea. With hundreds of locations across the globe, Chatime has become a trail blazer when it comes to hand crafting, cutting edge, signature drinks all while providing exceptional experiences for our guests that walk through our doors on a daily basis “one step at time.” Our Tearistas are masters of our world-famous drinks all while being able to create personal connections with our guests to be a highlight in their day. Its more than bubble tea, its an experience!
We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Tearistas at Chatime Langara. Preferably we are looking for amazing candidates to work our evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide exceptional guest experiences for all our patrons one drink at a time!
Prepare Craft Tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) and safely handle cash
Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Be a dynamic leader and brand ambassador for our Chatime Location
Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed
Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room
Adhere to all the cleaning protocols for all operations in store
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing personality that is focused on our guests and customer service
Willingness to learn
Positive team player
Flexible schedule
Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and carry items as required
At least 1 year of proven successful retail, customer service, and/or hospitality experience will be an asset, but not a requirement
