집주인이 중국인이라서 어느 정도 영어로 대화가 되는 분을 선호합니다
리치몬드 브릭하우스에서 버스타고 5~7분 거리의 하우스입니다.
집주인과 집주인 아들, 다른 세입자 1명 해서 총 4명이 하우스를 사용하고 있습니다.
방 안에 화장실이 같이 있어서 밖으로 나갈 일이 별로 없어서 편하고 바로 옆에 세탁기 방과 주방이 있어서 동선이 편합니다.
주변도 조용하고 평화로워서 산책하기도 좋습니다.
집주인이 아침이랑 주말에 쉴때 집에 있을 때 음악을 종종 틀고는 하는데 거슬릴 정도는 아닙니다.
집주인 가족과 다른 세입자와 부엌과 세탁실을 같이 쓰는 편이지만,
다들 출근 시간이나 스케줄이 달라서 자주 마주치지는 않습니다.
