제가 1년 반동안 살았던 집인데, 저는 사정상 이사나가게 되면서 학생분들이나, 일하시는 분들한테 도움이 될까 싶어서 집주인분 대신해서 올립니다.
위치는 Joyce 역까지 걸어서 8-10분, 19번 버스정류장 바로앞 1분입니다. 방 비어있어서 원하시는 날짜에 들어오실수 있어요.
Rent 는 $1000/month, deposit $500
하우스 1층에 집주인 필리피노 가족분들이 살고 계시고, 룸쉐어는 2층입니다.
2층에 방 4개, 화장실2개라 2인당 화장실1개 쉐어합니다. 공용공간 거실 따로 있고, 문이 달린 독립된 공간에 부엌이 2층에 따로 있고, 그안에 세탁기, 건조기도 따로 있습니다.
Breakfast 에 해당하는 계란, 시리얼, 우유, 치즈, 빵, 과일 등 기본적으로 부엌에 제공해주셔서 알아서 챙겨드시면 됩니다.
주말에 소세지, 베이컨, 계란,밥 등 해서 제공해주십니다. (가끔 파스타같은것도 만들어서 나눠주세요)
주방에 기본적인 식기구들은 다 있구요, 각방에 사시는 분들께 제공되는 기본 접시, 컵등도 있어요.
세제, 핸드워시, 키친타월, 쓰레기봉투, 화장실휴지, 등등 기본 집에서 생활되는 생필품은 제공되구요, 각자 개인이 필요한 물품들만 있으시면 될거에요. 바닥은 카펫 아니고 마루바닥이구요. 겨울엔 라디에이터, 여름엔 선풍기 각 방마다 제공해주십니다.
홈스테이를 진행하셨던 분이라 집 관리는 직접 해주셔서 살기 편합니다.

Access to the kitchen.Two ladies share a full washroom. Convenient location near the Joyce/Collingwood Skytrain/Bus routes, library, park, community center, 5 major banks, groceries, Safeway, market produce, lots of food houses/restaurants and less than 10 min away from Metrotown by Skytrain.
We have a quiet & safe neighborhood. We do not allow smoking, drugs, parties and pets. We are looking for clean, honest and respectful longterm ladies, at least 3 to 6 months stay with a student or working visa.
