My name is Joey and I'm a Canadian guy living in downtown. I lived in Korean for about 7 months where I studied Korean in Yonsei University and I would like to find a roommate who I can share a 1 bedroom apartment on Nelson and Bute. The apartment is a one bedroom and I will be using the bedroom and my roommate would be using a small den. We would share the living room space. There is one bathroom but plenty of closet space.

Rent will be $550 per month with a $275 deposit. I am only looking for any Korean students who will be staying for more than 3 months so no short stays. The rent includes all utilities except laundry and occasional things like toilet paper and detergent which we could share. This apartment is for non-smokers and no pets allowed (basically the whole building don't allow pets)

About me:
I'm a 26 year old Canadian born and raised but my background is from Argentina. I work as a Network Programmer downtown and I usually work from 8:30 to 5. I love sports (huge fan) and I like to play guitar (no worries i don't play it at night) I enjoy drinking and exercising. I would say I'm a pretty outgoing person so I'd like to have a Korean roommate who is the same as me. I want to keep learning Korean so I'm really looking for a roommate who can teach me more Korean and I can teach him English in return. Perhaps one day we could speak just Korean and the next day just English. I have other ideas about how to properly do Language Exchange.
About you:
You should be a VERY clean person. I'm a bit of a clean freak
You should be very outgoing and open minded. You should be responsible. (paying rent/cleaning after yourself/locking the door etc...)
If you like "football/soccer" it is a PLUS since I watch it every weekend, "Champions League/LIGA/Premier"
굉장히 청결하고 깔끔한 룸메이트여야 하고요. 개방적이고 사람들과 잘 어울리고 책임강이 강한 사람이여야 하고요.(제때 렌트비를 낼 수 있고 뒷정리나 문단속을 잘하는 등..) 만약 축구를 좋아한다면 더더욱 좋아요!
I am not looking for a Korean student to live here and just pay rent. I am looking for a friend who I can trust and I can get a long with. Hang out together, drink together and in return I will show you our Canadian culture and introduce you to my Canadian friends.
