방 혼자 쓰시는 거구요, 29th ave station에서 걸어서 6분 정도 거리에 있습니다.

월 400달러에 유틸리티 모두 포함입니다.

단! 음식 재료는 기호에 따라서 사셔야겠죠?

밥솥도 있습니다. 1층 거실에는 티비도 이번에 사서 어느때나 시청가능하지요.

(단, 밤에는 서로에게 피해가 되니 작은 볼룸으로?)

아! 그리고, 런더리도 코인 없이 사용가능합니다. ^^

홈스테이 또는 룸렌트 학생들은 모두 1층에서 살구요. 주인집은 2충에 있습니다.

저는 이번에 홈스테이 하다가 룸렌트로 바꾸면서 제 옆방에 방이 남아서 홈스테이 아주머니의 부탁으로 글을 올립니다.

홈스테이 아주머니께서 여학생을 원하시긴하는데, 방, 화장실, 거실 깨긋하게 사용하실 수 있는 남학생이라면 괜찮을것같습니다.

비흡연자, 실내에서 금주 입니다. 여학생이라면 남학생을 집에 초대하는 것은 곤란하구요. ^^

그리고 동물 키우는 것은 주인집에 2살짜리 아기가 있어서 힘드실것같아요. 뭐... 물고기 정도는 괜찮겠죠? ㅎㅎㅎ
