The room is a great size, and the house features proximity to transit Broadway-Commercial SkyTrain nearby (#20 bus only 3 block away-goes direct downtown). Features decks, wonderful views, laundry ( washer and dryer option), garden space, but no smoking and no pets. Sunny, bright exposure as bedrooms are located on the upper floors. We are in the heart of Commercial drive close to Trout Lake Community Center (with its ice rink and fitness center). Utilities extra. Household activities are largely quiet and mellow in nature, but the occasional pot luck or social is typical. Room Furnishings are present.
