I am a Korean male student attending Langara College. I am very clean and friendly, and I don't smoke or use drugs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to move out of my current place by July 8th and am looking for short-term accommodation until the end of August. I can pay up to $1000, and if the location, price, and condition of the room are good, I am willing to stay longer. I prefer a furnished room with utilities included and a big closet.
