-집 한블럭 앞에 취사 가능 공원, 15분 거리에 센트럴 파크 위치
-룸에는 침대, 이불, 베게, 옷걸이, 작은 행거(옷장은 거실에 따로 준비되어있음) 구비
-버스 # R4, 41, 19, 19 night bus 정류장이 걸어서 3분 거리에 위치
-주방과 화장실 쉐어

한국 문화에 관심이 많고 좋아하는 캐네디언과 함께 지내실 분을 구합니다.
집에는 2개의 출입구가 있으며, 하나는 룸메이트의 방과 연결되어 있어 사용할 수 없다는 부분 참고 바랍니다.
입주자가 사용할 다른 하나의 출입구는 슬라이딩 식으로 되어있습니다.
오래된 하우스라는 부분을 참고하고 연락해주세요. (살면서 크게 불편한 점은 없었습니다)

The house is a little bit old but I have been living here for 8 years and haven’t had much problems. I am Canadian but have an interest in the Korean culture.
There is two entrances to the suite one is located in my bedroom and the other entrance is located through the sliding door in the suite. For privacy, you will be using the sliding door and I will be using the front door as the front door is located in my room.
Perfect for 1 person. No pets. No smoking. No party.
