I currently live in the furnished apartment with a lot of day light and tree shadow (warm in winter/cool in summer) - studio type entire living area is connected, other option is to live in completely new apartment, furniture can be brought down to - basement level, where you would get a private room, while myself would live in the living room

Term:

- you agree to household/kitchen free from cruelty -🧑‍🍳✨🌱: grains, nuts, vegetables, fruits and other vegan products are welcome here

- you are friendly with good communication skills, approach life with curiosity and open to be my friend from day one

- your budget corresponds to the offer and is sufficient to cover long-term (1 year+) living at the accommodation (move on option is available under reasonable circumstances)

- you appreciate the fact you are about to live in downtown, and celebrate this amazing opportunity with plans for self-developments

- rental agreement is signed directly with the landlord, you get to share this basement level one-bedroom apartment or 2nd floor studio with me

Optional:

- single / queen IKEA bed (bed frame + mattress) - can be purchased from current roommate at $70 or replaced with your own

- space divider for privacy - can be added, might cost around $50-100 additionally OR private room

- in-building laundry - $5 per wash

- we can split & share groceries to significantly reduce monthly expense of living (I got Costco membership for the next half a year, then we could get a new one together) - in my experience savings can be as great as $100-400/month each
