현재 다운타운에 위치해 있는 콘도들은 2000불들이 기본으로 넘고 2400불까지도 가는데 이 스튜디오는 1700불에 인프라가 아주 좋은 곳이에요:). 학생 혼자 살거나 커플, 또는 형제, 자매 이렇게 살기에 딱 알맞은 곳 같아요! 친구 2분이서 사셔도 되구요.
