오늘은 서스캐처원 주 정부 이민 관련 새롭게 발표된 이민 프로그램에 대해 설명드리려고 합니다.
지난 8월 30일, SK 주정부는 헬스케어와 농업 분야를 대상으로 한 새로운 PNP 패스웨이 프로그램 두 가지를 발표했습니다.
📌Agriculture Talent Pathway
📌 Health Talent Pathway
이번에 도입된 새로운 이민 경로는 경제 성장과 노동력 확보를 목표로,
특히 SK주의 농업 및 보건 분야의 인력 부족 문제를 해결하는 데 중점을 두고 있습니다.
SK 주는 농업지역으로 특히 2023년 주요 작물 생산 부문에서 32억 달러 이상의 수출을 기록하며
농업이 경제의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있는데요, 이번 새로운 패스웨이 프로그램 도입을 통해 자격 인정 절차가 간소화되어
고용주들이 필요한 인력을 보다 원활하게 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대됩니다.
각 프로그램 자격요건은 아래와 같습니다.ㅤㅤ
Agriculture Talent Stream
해당 스트림은, 해외경력으로도 지원이 가능하다는 장점이 있습니다.
✔️캐나다 밖에 거주 중이거나
✔️캐나다에서 합법적인 상태로 체류 중이거나
✔️난민이 아닌 경우,
아래 조건에 해당한다면 이 스트림으로 진행이 가능합니다.
📌언어(Language) : CLB 4
다만, 일부 고용주 혹은 기관에서는 채용 시, 직무에 필요한 더 높은 점수를 요구할 수도 있습니다.
📌학력(Education) : 고등학교 졸업 이상
📌경력(Work Experience) :
- 해외경력인 경우 : 최근 3년 내 풀타임 1년 경력(잡오퍼와 같은 직군)
- SK 주 경력인 경우 : 잡오퍼를 받은 곳에서 풀타임 6개월(780 시간) 이상 경력
: 두 경우 모두 연속적인 근무일 필요는 없음. 합산 가능
📌거주의사증명 : SK 주에서 일하고 거주하겠다는 의사 증명
📌잡오퍼(Job Offer)
- 농업 분야, SINP 고용주 등록이 된 업체에서 정규직, 풀타임 잡오퍼
해당 스트림으로 이민 신청 시 SINP Job Approval Letter 필요

Health Talent Pathway
해당 스트림도, 해외경력이 인정된다는 장점이 있습니다. 게다가 해당 스트림은 일반 스트림과 연방이민인
익스프레스 엔트리(Express Entry) 자격이 된다면 연계된 프로그램으로도 신청할 수 있습니다.

ㅣ Health Talent Pathway_EE 연계(Express Entry)
Express Entry 자격요건에도 해당된다면 EE 프로그램과 연계된 스트림으로 지원할 수 있습니다.
주정부 노미니 승인을 받으면 600점이라는 추가 가산점을 얻을 수 있고 연방이민으로 넘어가기 때문에 프로세싱 타임 또한 빠르다는 장점이 있습니다.
✔️익스프레스 엔트리 풀에 등록되어 있고(Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Code 필요)
✔️캐나다 밖에 거주 중이거나
✔️캐나다에서 합법적인 상태로 체류 중이거나
✔️난민이 아닌 경우,
아래 조건에 해당한다면 이 스트림으로 진행이 가능합니다.

📌학력(Education) :
해당 잡오퍼와 연관된 학위(석사 / 학사 / 3년제 이상 대학 혹은 칼리지/ 대학교, 전문대, 기술학교 등에서 2년제 이상 디플로마)
📌경력(Work Experience) :
- 해외경력 및 SK 주 경력 : 최근 5년 내 잡오퍼와 같은 직군 1년 이상 경력 필요
📌거주의사증명 : SK주에서 일하고 거주하겠다는 의사 증명
📌잡오퍼(Job Offer)
- Health Sector 분야 SINP 고용주 등록이 된 업체에서 정규직, 풀타임 잡오퍼
해당 스트림으로 이민 신청 시 SINP Job Approval Letter 필요
- 자격증을 요구하는 직군일 경우 license 필요

EE와 연계된 스트림에는 44101 케어기버(Home support workers, caregivers and related occupations) 직군이 포함되지 않아 케어기버로 이민을 원하시는 분들은 Health Talent Pathway_일반(Non-Express Entry)으로 지원하셔야 합니다.
