It was little bit cold yesterday on open yard.
I have got muscles' pain at all arround my body.
Because, I played football game with my company's colleagues at the young peoples' training center of JiRi-San on sunday.
It's been a long time since my last game. That's why my muscles have been shocked from the rough game.
