Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
carrot, sweet potato, onion, flour for frying,
oil (Peel and wash the
vegetables.) 당근, 고구마, 양파, 튀김가루, 기름
(모든 야채는 껍질을 벗겨서 씻어놓아요.)
How
to Make Fried Vegetables 1. Slice all the vegetables into thin lengthwise
strips. (Basically, you need to julienne all the vegetables but
it might be hard for children to do.) 야채는 얇고 긴 조각으로 썰어놓아요. 원래
채썰기를 해야하지만 아이에게는
무리랍니다.^^; 야채에 튀김가루를 넣고 물도 약간 넣어요. 주걱으로 잘
섞어줘요. 4. Put a pan on the heat. Put some oil in the
pan and wait until it gets hot. 팬을 달구고 기름을 두룬 후 뜨거워지도록
기다려요. 5. Scoop up the
vegetable mixture into the desired size. 준비된 야채 혼합물을 적당한 크기로
떠넣어요. 야채 혼합물을 살짝 튀긴 후 기름에서
건져요. 7. Put them on a plate with a sheet of kitchen
towel. Leave them until the oil is absorbed by the
towel. 타올을 깐 접시에 기름이 빠지게
놓아둬요. 8. Preheat the pan
again and fry them once more. It's important to fry them
twice.
It will make the
fried vegetables taste more crispy. 기름을 다시 달군 후 한번 더 튀겨요.
두번 튀기는게 중요하답니다. 그래야 야채튀김이 더
바삭하거든요. Now the fried vegetables are ready. They are really crispy and crunchy.
They are much better than those things I've eaten at a
snack bar. My family loved them, but they are so greasy that we
could not eat too many.
야채튀김이 다
되었어요. 밖에서 파는 것보다 훨씬
맛있답니다. 가족 모두 아주 맛있게 먹었어요.
그런데 기름기가 많아서 너무 많이 먹으면
안 되겠어요.^^
2. Add some flour for frying to the vegetables and pour
some water in.
6. Fry the vegetable mixture lightly and remove
them from the oil.
