Because 'additional codecs' includes one very very very important file - FFmpegMininum.dll !!!
FFmpegMininum.dll - an [aac, aac latm, ac3, eac3, truehd, mlp, dts...] audio codec, PotPlayer couldn't decode/encode these audio without FFmpegMininum.dll.

So yes, Installing core module 'FFmpegMininum.dll' is enough~~

팟플레이어의 내장 코덱이 사용하는 FFmpeg/Libav나 OpenCodec을 설치 하는것입니다.
해당 코덱을 설치하면 동영상 캡처나 오디오 캡처에 AAC나 AC3등의 인코더가 나오구요...
환경 설정 -> 코덱/필터 -> 비디오 코덱 -> 내장 코덱/DXVA 설정과
환경 설정 -> 코덱/필터 -> 오디오 코덱 -> 내장 코덱(S/PDIF, HDMI 출력) 설정에 추가적인 코덱이 나옴니다.
