This past weekend, (April 21st), ISQ MS basketball and ping pong students headed to YCIS Huangdao to participate in a full day of basketball and ping pong competition. There were 46 basketball players and 14 ping pong players. All the students worked hard with their coaches to represented ISQ very well at the tournament. Overall, the ISQ MS boys placed 6th, while the girls placed 4th.
上周末（4月21日），ISQ初中部篮球队员与乒乓球队员前往了黄岛耀中国际学校参加了篮球联赛与乒乓球联赛。共有46名篮球队员与14名乒乓球队员出席，比赛期间所有的学生与教练都拼搏奋战，竭力为ISQ争光。最终，ISQ中学男子组荣获六等奖，女子组荣获四等奖。
지난주였던 4월 21일, ISQ 중학교 농구와 탁구 팀은 황도의 YCIS에서 열린 농구, 탁구 경기에 참가하였습니다. 총 46명의 농구선수들과 14명의 탁구 선수들이 황도에 다녀왔습니다. 모든 선수들은 코치와 함께 열심히 노력해 주었고 경기에서도 ISQ를 자랑스럽게 대표해 주었습니다. ISQ 중학교 남자팀은 6위를, 여자팀은 4위를 하였습니다.
In ping pong, some of the ISQ’s student athletes shuffled back and forth representing ISQ in both ping pong and basketball. In the ping pong tournament Daniel J., an ISQ 7th grader received the sportsmanship award while the ISQ MS boys received the sportsmanship award at the tournament.
期间，ISQ的一些运动员来回穿梭在乒乓球赛与篮球赛。在乒乓球赛中，一名7年级的学生Daniel J荣获了运动精神奖，同时，ISQ中学男子组也在联赛里获得运动精神奖。
탁구종목에서 몇몇의 ISQ 선수들은 탁구와 농구경기를 번갈아가며 뛰었습니다. 탁구경기에서는 7학년의 Daniel J.학생이 스포츠맨십 상을 받았으며 ISQ 중학교 남자팀은 이번 대회에서 스포츠맨십 상을 받았습니다.

ISQ’s boys team had a tough ISC tournament. They competed well but came up against some good competition. On Friday, they ended with a 1-1-1 record, and Saturday the boys team ended the ISC Soccer Tournament with a 2-3-1 record overall.
ISQ的男子组在ISC联赛中出师不利。他们虽具备竞争力，但是遇到了一些更强有力的竞争队伍。周五，他们以1-1-1的比分结束，周六，我们的男子组以2-3-1的记录结束了ISC的足球联赛。
ISQ 남자팀은 ISC 경기에서 쉽지만은 않은 시간을 보냈습니다. 그들은 잘하는 팀들을 상대로 열심히 싸워주었습니다. 금요일에는 1-1-1 점수로, 토요일 ISC 축구경기에서는2-3-1의 점수로 마무리를 지었습니다.
The ISQ boys team coaches are proud of the boys for what they learned and gave to ISQ’s soccer program this year. The ISQ boys’ soccer teams are graduating four seniors. We all hope they continue to play the beautiful game for the rest of their lives.
ISQ男子组的教练们为这些男孩儿今年所学的以及他们回馈给ISQ足球队的荣誉而倍感自豪。ISQ足球队有四名队员将要毕业，我们真心希望他们在接下来的人生中也能打出一场场漂亮的比赛。

ISQ’s girls team worked hard at the ISC Soccer Tournament. They had a successful first day of group play with a tie to CDIS 0-0, and two wins against TIS 3-0 and Wuhan 5-0.
ISQ女子组在此次ISC足球联赛上拼尽全力。她们在小组赛的第一天出师大捷，以0-0对CDIS平局，以3-0与5-0完胜TIS和武汉国际学校。
ISQ 여자 팀은 ISC 축구 경기에서 열심히 뛰어주었습니다. 그들은 CDIS 0-0, TIS 3-0, Wuhan 5-0으로 성공적인 경기 첫날을 보냈습니다.
ISQ entered the semi-finals as the #1 seed and took on the Eagles of TIS. They defeated TIS with a close 1-0 score. In the championship game, ISQ’s girls team lost to the ISW Wildcats 0-1. Congratulations on a great season!

The ISQ Girls’ and Boys’ Varsity Soccer Teams had a strong showing at this year’s ACAMIS Yellow Division Soccer Tournament in Shanghai.
ISQ 女子高级足球队与男子高级足球队在今年上海举行的ACAMIS黄色赛区足球赛中大放光芒。
ISQ 여자와 남자 Varsity 축구 팀들은 이번 상해에서 열린 ACAMIS Yellow 축구 경기에서 강한 경기력을 보여주었습니다.
The ISQ Girls’ Soccer Team played well throughout group play. ISQ lost its first game on Thursday against Shekou International School 2-3, but rebounded by beating TEDA 4-0 to finish off the day. On Friday, ISQ’s girls team couldn’t be contained as they beat YCIS 7-0, BISS 3-1, and XIS 3-0. They entered the final day as the #1 seed in bracket play.
ISQ女子足球队在小组队中表现优异。ISQ在周四的首场比赛中以2-3输给了蛇口国际学校，后又以4-0完胜TEDA。周五，ISQ女子队节节制胜，以7-0完胜YCIS、以3-1打败BISS、以3-0打败XIS。她们以第一名种子选手的身份顺利进入最后一天的比赛。

ISQ’s Boys’ team put together a strong showing on Thursday. They won against XIS 5-0 and BISS 3-1. On Friday, they went 1-1-1 with a tie to SIS, a win over YCIS 5-0, and a loss against a tough TEDA team 0-1. There efforts over the first two days of the tournament did yield a #2 seed going into bracket play.
ISQ男子队在周四表现惊人，他们以5-0打败XIS，以3-1打败BISS。周五，他们对战SIS出现平局1-1-1，后以5-0大胜YCIS，以0-1不幸输给TEDA。 最终，他们在赛场前两天的成绩让他们以第二名种子选手的身份进入最后的比拼。

ISQ’s girls team fought hard against SIS in the semifinals. They were matched goal by goal throughout the contest by the lady Geckos. Regulation time ended in a 2-2 tie which went to overtime. Each team picked up one goal in overtime to end 3-3. ISQ lost in a heartbreaking sudden death penalty kicks after the first round of PKs left the teams level.
ISQ女子队在半决赛中与SIS进行了顽强的对抗。她们与壁虎队互以竞争目标激烈角逐，后因在比赛规定时间内打出了2-2的平局而出现加时赛。加时赛中，每个队伍各进一球，以3-3结束比赛。PKs被淘汰在第一轮比赛中， ISQ也在一场点球中失利，大家都颇感可惜。
ISQ 여자팀은 준결승전에서 SIS를 상대로 열심히 싸워주었습니다. 그들은 개코팀과 경기가 끝나갈 때쯤에도 2-2로 비겨 연장전을 들어갔습니다. 각 팀은 연장전에서도 한골씩 넣어 3-3이 되었습니다. 하지만 ISQ는 갑작스런 패널티킥으로 가슴 아픈 패배의 쓴맛을 맛보아야 했습니다.
The lady dolphins came back strong in the 3rd/4th Place game. They played a strong XIS team and prevailed with a 2-1 score for 3rd Place. Great job, Dolphins!

ISQ’s boys team won their semi-final game against BISS on Saturday and progressed to the final. After a hard-fought game, ISQ’s boys took home the 2nd Place trophy after a 2-0 championship game.
周六，ISQ男子队在半决赛中打败BISS继而进入决赛。在一场激烈的冠亚军角逐后，ISQ男子队最终荣获二等奖归来。
ISQ 남자 팀은 토요일 준결승전에서 BISS를 상대로 이기었으며 결승전에 올라갔습니다. 열심을 다한 끝에 2-0이라는 점수와 함께 2위 트로피를 안고 집으로 돌아왔습니다.
