About, over, of, for는 언제 어떻게 구별해서 쓰이나?

In this sentence “Scientists expressed concern over the low water supply and the rapid decline of fertile soil.”, Can I use “about” or “of” instead of “over”?
Since the book translates them in Korean in one meaning, I don’t know when to use “over, about, and of” and the inner meanings the prepositions have :(
over ~ -> ~의 전반에 대하여(구체적 넓은 범위)
about~ -> ~에 관하여(~간접적 넓은 범위)
of~ > ~에 대하여(직접적 좁은 범위)
for~ > ~에 지향하여(간접적 추상적 범위)

전치사 자체만으로 of 쓸 때와 about 쓸 때를 구별할 수는 없습니다.
이 전치사들과 함께 사용될때 다른 의미를 가지는 동사들(dream, hear, remind, think)이 있습니다.
dream about은 실제로 잠자는 동안 꿈꾸는 것을 의미합니다.
ex) I sometimes dream about drowning.
dream of는 상상하거나 공상하는 것을 의미합니다.

hear about은 소식 듣는 것을 의미합니다.

Think of는 무언가가 마음속에 떠올랐다는 것을 의미합니다.
ex) I just thought of a good name for our project.
또는 긍정적이거나 부정적인 견해를 가지고 있다는 것을 의미합니다.
ex) He doesn't think much of modern architecture.

about과 over 둘 다 concerning의 개념으로 쓰일 수 있기에 서로 바꿔쓸 수 있는 경우도 있지만
controlling, in order to get의 개념으로는 over만이 쓰일 수 있고 about은 이러한 개념은 없습니다.
