It's slangy -- it's best that you embrace the negative situation, as in, face it instead of denying it.
"Embrace the Suck" is a military term coined in the Iraqi war that basically serves as an order and a replacement for "Suck It Up!" cause there ain't nothing you can do about it. Sorta like Windows 10.
She was helpless in the embrace of terror.
두려움에 사로잡혀 그녀는 어찌할 수도 없었다.
What does it mean 'best embrace the suck'?
이길 수 없으면 받아 들여라
I heard this sentence some days ago.
Could you explain the meaning? Thanks a lot

It means that when you are in a miserable situation, it is best not to dwell on the situation itself, but to come to terms with and accept your situation, and struggle on through.
Alternatives to this would be something like, "If you can't beat them, join them," or, "This too shall pass."
