The phrase "Who's in?" does exist in very informal English, at least in American English.
"Who's in?" 이라는 그 절은 아주 비격식적인 영어에 나온다. 적어도 미국 영어에서는
It is equivalent to saying "Who wants to participate in X with me?"
그것은 "누가 나랑 그것에 참여하기를 원하느냐" 라는 말에 상당한 것이다
It is not used very often, at least in my experience. However, people will understand what it means if you say it in conversation. For example, if you wanted to get food:
I'm feeling hungry, so I'm going to order pizza. Who's in?
나 배고파 그래서 피자 시킬려고 해, 누가 (함께) 들어 올래?
Are you going to hike Mt. Bukhan tomorrow?
