미국인은 과장을 잘하므로
좋아할 때는 It's great, wonderful, fantastic등으로 말하고,
좋아하지 않으면 It's horrible, terrible, lousy등으로 말한다.

The word, ‘lousy’ actually has only two meanings but can be used in any number of situations. The standard English dictionary defines the word to mean someone or something to be infested with lice (the plural form of louse) which is a small insect. However, when the word lousy is used in slang speech it indicates something is not good.
For example, your friend might say, “I went to an expensive restaurant the other night. The food was really good but the service was lousy.”
Or, you might hear the local weatherman say, “We will be having lousy weather (thunderstorms, snow, extreme heat) for the next several days.”
Another common situation where you will hear the word lousy being used a lot is when someone goes to see a new movie. If asked how the movie was, a person might say, “It was lousy. I thought the writer/director/actors could have done a much better job and I was really disappointed.”
