Because it is illegal to display these things in Japan.

It's like going to Hooters when the strip club gets shut down, or reading the SI swimsuit issue when you can't find a Playboy.

What is the point of bleeping out the middle of the word 'fuck'? I heard the F. I heard the K. You think I don't know what was said? This somehow makes what was said less dirty?

censorship rules regarding things like this never make much sense... they're there to placate people who, for some reason, feel as if the tiniest obfuscation somehow makes it 'cleaner' and 'safe'

Local censorship laws. Ever since about the late 1940s, it has been illegal to show those in Japanese porn. It used to be even more strict up until not even all that long ago, when showing any pubes was also not allowed.
