18. YOU MUST NOT COMMIT THE ACT OF SLAVERY UPON ANY HUMAN BEING OF GOD.
제 18. 너희는 하나님의 존재인 다른 인간을 노예로 삼는 행위를 범해서는 아니 되느니라.
This means you must not DEMAND by force and fear to control, confine, use, or manipulate another human being to do any service or work for you, against their will, without giving them FAIR compensation. This also means that you cannot BUY or SELL another human being as if he/she were a product YOU own. This includes YOUR CHILDREN. Babies and children are not “products” to be created, such as by “in-vitro” fertilization, or given to be birthed by a “surrogate” mother. If a couple are unable to physically pro-create, then they have a choice : they can ADOPT a homeless or unwanted child, or they can choose not to be parents at all. ADOPTION of another’s unwanted or parentless child is one of the most LOVING and UNSELFISH acts any competent and caring couple could do in service to GOD. Not all couples are or were meant to pro-create! It is not punishment from God. It is the responsibility of any “barren” loving couple to recognize that pro-creation is not their function at this time. But if they desire children, then they must understand what an HONOR it is to accept the nurturing care of one of GOD’s children who has no one else to love him/her!

이 법칙이 의미하는 바는, 너희는, 무력이나 공포를 수단으로 하여, ‘정당한’ 보상을 행함도 없이, 다른 인간을, 그들의 의지에 반해, 그들을 통제하고 감금하고 사용하고 조작하는 방식으로, 그들이 너희들을 위해 어떤 봉사나 노동을 하게 만들도록, ‘명령해서는’ 아니된다는 것이니라.
이 법칙은 또한 다른 사람이 마치 ‘너희의’ 소유물인 것처럼 인간을 ‘사거나 팔’ 수도 없음을 의미하노라. 여기엔 ‘너희들의 아이들도’ 포함되느니라. 아기나 아이들은 “시험관”을 통해서나 또는 “대리”모의 출산을 통해서, 만들어지는 “물건”이 아니니라. 만약 한 쌍의 남녀가 신체적으로 자녀를 가질 수 없는 경우라면, 그 때 그들에겐 다음 선택이 있노라 : 그들은 집없는 고아나 돌봐지지 않는 아이를 ‘입양’할 수 있으며, 또는 아예 부모가 되는 것을 선택하지 않을 수 있는 것이다. 다른 사람의 버려진 아이나 부모없는 고아를 ‘입양’하는 것은, 역량있고 배려깊은 한 쌍의 남녀가 ‘하나님’에 대한 봉사로서 행할 수 있는, 가장 ‘사랑스럽고도’ ‘이기적이지 않은’ 행동이니라.
모든 남녀들이 다 자녀를 가질 수 있는 건 아니었고, 이는 지금도 그러하노라! 이것은 하나님으로부터의 벌이 아닌 것이니라. 이는 “자녀를 가질 수 없는” 어떤 사랑스런 한 쌍의 남녀가, 생식행위는 이번 생애에 있어서 그들에게 주어진 기능이 아님을 인정해야 할 책임일 따름이니라. 그럼에도 그들이 자녀를 갖기를 원한다면, 그때 그들은 다른 어느 누구도 사랑해 줄 사람이 없는 ‘하나님’의 자녀들 중의 하나를 돌보고 양육하기를 받아들임이 얼마나 ‘영예로운’ 일인지를 이해하여야만 하느니라!

……The feeling a human has of so-called “genetic” superiority exists within the mind of the HUMAN who wishes to control and dominate and enslave other humans of different race or color than he is. ……
......인간이 소위 “유전적” 우수성이 존재한다는 감정을 가질 때, 그 ‘인간’의 마음 속에는, 자신과는 다른 종이나 다른 피부색깔을 가진 인간들을 통제하고 지배하고 노예화시키고 싶어하는 뜻이 있기 때문이니라. ......
Don’t you see, “the evil powers that be” are CREATING and ENCOURAGING prejudice of others who are “different” than they are in culture and skin so that they can CONTROL the perceived “lessor” ones. Throughout the world through your media and government policies, the seed of racial unrest, dissension and prejudice is specifically planted, nurtured and allowed to bear the bitter fruit of hatred and resentment and is thus continually perpetuated so that YOU people will, not BECOME UNITED! By keeping you separated, by creating for you suppression of various groups, THEY keep you at war with one another while THEY execute THEIR plans for TOTAL domination over ALL of you.

“현존하는 사탄의 권능이”, 그들과는 ‘다른’ 문화나 피부색을 가졌고, 그렇기 때문에 그들이 “이 열등한 것으로 간주되는 인간들”을 ‘통제’할 수 있다고 생각하는 자들이 갖게 되는, 편견을 ‘만들어 내며’ 또한 ‘부추기고’ 있다는 사실을 너희는 발견치 못하겠느냐?
세상 전체에 걸쳐, 너희의 언론매체와 정부정책들을 통하여, 인종적 소요, 갈등 그리고 편견의 씨앗이 특별히 심어지고, 길러지고, 그리하여 증오와 분개라는 이 쓰디쓴 열매가 맺어지도록 허락되고, 그리하여 지속적으로 너희 인간이 ‘하나로 뭉쳐지지’ 못하도록 조작되는 것이니라! 너희를 분리된 채 유지시킴으로 인해, 그리고 다양한 단체들의 압력을 너희 사이에 만들어 냄으로 인해, ‘그들은’ 너희를 서로간의 전쟁으로 몰아넣고, 그러는 사이 ‘그들은’ 너희들 ‘모두’에 대한 ‘완전한’ 지배를 향한 그들의 계획들을 수행하고 있노라.
