Which storage arrays works with device mapper multipath?

기본적으로 모든 스토리지들은 특별한 설정없이 device mapper multipath로 실제로 active/active 로 동작한다. Active/active는 모든 스토리지에 있는 컨트롤러가 어떤 시점에서도 모든 디스크 어레이에 대해 I/O 처리가 가능하다는 의미이다.
active/passive 스토리지 어레이는 device mapper multipath로 동작시키기 위해서 특별한 설정이 요구된다.
Device mapper multipath 는 아래에 따라오는 스토리지에 따라서 자동설정된다.:

Storage arrays not included in the list may require entries in the /etc/multipath.conf file. If you need to know if a specific storage array model works with device mapper multipath please check with the hardware vendor or with Red Hat support providing the technical specs of the storage system.
