The military personnel
killed in the Battle of Yeonpyeong island in the West Sea are shaking in the wind as if they turned into windflowers.

The South Korean Navy recently unveiled a memorial for the 46 sailors who were killed by a North Korean torpedo.

6월이 오면 연평해전을 기억하게됩니다.
19일 1차 해전, 29일 2차 해전 ㅡ
당시 대통령은 김대중 대통령

전사자 부장자들이 많이 발생되어 국가 유공자로
등록되었지만 몇사람은 신체조사결과 미달, 현재 복무중
또 전역하여 신청이 늦어졌다는 등 이유로 국가유공자에
아직도 등록되지 못했다는 이야기를 들었습니다.

당시 월드컵 경기 참관한 대통령은
이후 매년 연평해전일 추모식장에 참석을 안했고
우리의 주적은 <북한>이라고 언급하지도 않았습니다.
우리의 국방백서에는 분명히 북한을 우리의 주적이라
명시했는데도 ㅡ 최근에는 <주적>이라는 표현을
다른말로 바꿨다는 말도 있습니다.

오일팔 민주화 유공자는 행적이 불분명한데도 신청만 하면 등록해주고
그러면서 왜 연평해전 참전장병은 아직도 등록해주지않는 행정
말 그대로 <형편없는 행정>이라 하겠습니다.

다음달부터는 세월호, 오일팔민주화에 대해서 이의제기만 해도
입건된다는 법이 정해졌다는 말도있습니다.
지금까지는 법 시행 계몽기간이라 놔두나 봅니다.
이야기 하려면 끝도없이 많지요.
우리 모두가 경각심을 가지고 살아야 할 것 같습니다.
