Jesus’ Promise, the Prophecy Regarding the End
of the World (Age)
The history of God in the Bible has been approximately 6,000 years. It has also been approximately 2,000 years since Jesus prophesied regarding the end of the world. The “end of the world (age)” that the disciples (Mt 24) ask Jesus about is said to come when the gospel of the kingdom of the New Testament is preached to the ends of earth (in the whole world) as a testimony to all nations.
The things that will happen in the future were prophesied (Old Testament) due to Solomon’s betrayal. After the Old Testament was preached (spread), Jesus came and fulfilled it. Like this, after the prophecies of the New Testament are preached (spread) to the whole world, they will be fulfilled through Jesus’ second coming. When it is fulfilled, everything will be fulfilled without any addition or subtraction. Will you see and believe what has been fulfilled?
Regarding the “end of the world (age),” Jesus said that it is the time of harvesting the ripened wheat of the sown seed (Mt 13:39). That is why he said that there is prophecy and fulfillment. One must see the prophecy being fulfilled, confirm it, and believe it.
If God’s prophecy isn’t fulfilled, who would even believe in the invisible God? In the time of 6,000 years of God’s work in the Bible, up until now, God’s prophecies have all been fulfilled without any addition or subtraction. Because of this, we believe today. What [do we believe]? The actual entities that he prophesied.
Jesus explained numerous times in the New Testament Bible regarding the end of the world (age). In Mt 13, [Jesus] said that the end of the world is the time of the harvest. In Rv 6, he made known that as the sun, moon, and stars darken and fall, the sky (heaven) recedes, and the earth is removed from its place and disappears (the end of the world), the wrath and judgment of the people being driven out will take place. Have you seen this spectacle before?
Also, in Rv 21, it is said that the first heaven and first earth disappears, and a new heaven and new earth comes to exist. Likewise, in Rv 6, it is said that after heaven and earth and the sun, moon, and stars disappear, there will be a new heaven and new earth (Rv 7 the sealed 12 tribes).
This is the work of ending the world stained with sin, like in the time of Noah, and recreating a new heaven and new earth [for the first time] in 6,000 years. In the New Covenant Revelation, what disappears and reappears is explained in detail, and it is said that one must not add to or subtract from Revelation.
Jesus said this era will be like the time of Noah and the time of Lot. At the time of Noah, eight people survived and remained, and at the time of Lot, barely three people survived and remained. How many will survive this end of the world (age) that the New Testament speaks of?
In this world, there are many intellectuals and powerful people, and there are many who are lowly and poor, who are weak, and those in low and humble [circumstances]. Who [amongst these people] will take refuge? With there being no heaven or earth, where will they take refuge?
Moses and God communicated (understood each other), and Jesus and God communicated (understood each other) as well (Jn 5:17-19). In today’s era, Jesus has come in spirit, and the messenger of Jesus has come in flesh. Like Jesus, this messenger [was also told] to testify what he has seen and heard.
At this time when heaven and earth disappear and a new heaven and new earth is being created, who and how many will survive and remain? However, at a time when [we] suffer unfairness, a time when [we] are treated with contempt and disdain, in a situation where we can’t even speak despite having mouths, [I] have thoughts wishing that this world would burn and disappear. Who will receive salvation at the time of the creation of the new heaven and new earth? As seen in Rv 7, God spreads [His] tent over the 12 tribes—the sealed 144,000 and the multitude in white—and they will serve God. Furthermore, in Rv 20:11, there will be those who surely take refuge at the time of judgment.
