In this case, you can use "will definitely" or "will surely" to express more or less the same meaning.

이 경우에는, "will definitely" or "will surely"를 써서 말하는 것과 비슷한 의미랍니다.

People are bound to come to your party if you offer free food. → People will definitely come to your party if you offer free food.

But be careful, never use future tense with the structure [to be bound to + VERB]. This is a mistake a lot of Koreans make.

하지만 주의하셔야 할 점은, 절대 미래 시제로 이 구조를 말하지는 마세요.

We only use [to be bound to + VERB] when you're talking about something that you have no direct control over, and not when it comes to a personal decision.
