    ~하지 않을 수 없다. ~ 할 수 있다.

   too ~ to = so ~ that ... not이고,

   too ~ not to = so ~ that ...not not 이므로 not not은 긍정이 된다.

즉 cannot but~ 은 ‘~하지 않을 수 없다. ~할 수 밖에 없다’ 뜻이다.

=He is so wise that he cannot but solve the problem.
