코리아타임스가 한국어의 세계화를 목표로 '제1회 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회'를 개최합니다.

The Korea Times will hold its '1st Korean Language Speaking Contest' this year.

교육부와 문화체육관광부의 후원을 받아, 고려사이버대학교와 함께 개최하는 이 대회는 국내외에 거주하는 외국인들에게 한국 문화에 대한 관심과 흥미를 불러일으키고, 한국어와 한국 문화의 전세계적 확산을 목표로 합니다. 더 나아가 한국의 국제적 영향력을 지속적으로 확대하는 계기가 될 것입니다.

With the support of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and in collaboration with Korea Cyber University, This contest is designed to spark interest and enthusiasm for Korean culture among foreigners living both domestically and abroad, with the goal of spreading the Korean language and culture globally. Furthermore, it

aims to continuously expand Korea's international influence.

▶Foreigners or ethnic Koreans living abroad whose native language is not Korean

▶Those who have not won 1st prizes in Korean language speaking contest held either in Korea or abroad

※ 접수 일정

▶접수 기간: 3월 4일~4월 28일

▶수상자 발표: 5월 14일

▶시상식: 5월 29일 오후 2시(한국 시각)

*수상자 발표는 코리아타임스 지면 및 홈페이지

*시상식 참여는 해외 거주자의 경우 온라인 참여

※ Timeline

▶Submission period: March 4~Aprill 28

▶Announcement of winners: May 14

▶Awards ceremony: May 29

*Winners will be announced in The Korea Times newspaper and on its website

*Winners who reside outside Korea may participate in the ceremony through an online platform

※ 심사 기준 (Criteria)

▶내용 (Content): 30점

▶언어 사용 (Language Use): 30점

▶전달력 (Delivery): 30점

▶영상 완성도 (Video quality): 10점

*총점 (Total): 100점

※ 시상 내역 (Prizes)

▶세종대왕상 (King Sejong Award(Grand Prize)): 200만원 (2 million won)

▶금상 (Gold Awards): 100만원 (1 million won)

▶은상 (Silver Awards): 50만원 (500,000 won)

▶동상 (Bronze Awards): 30만원 (300,000 won)

▶한국인문학연구회 이사장상 (Korean Humanities Research Group Award): 100만원 (1 million won)
