TORONTO HOMESTAY....WELCOME TO CANADA!
Hi my name is Claire, I am a mom and a homestay mom. I have 2 sons,
Zac and Rich (they are 24 & 22 years old & are both students)
We are a Canadian born English speaking family and together we have
hosted students from all over the world for many years (at present we
have 1 student from Saudi Arabia, 1 from Korea, and we are awaiting
confirm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ation from a Japanese student)
ACCOMMODATION:
Private room with good bed, desk , closet , mirror etc....and lots of light!
We have laundry, Hi-speed wireless, and satellite TV
We have 3 communal areas, 3 washrooms a huge backyard,with trees, deck, patio and barbeque.
TRANSPORTATION: IDEALLY LOCATED: 24 hr Rapid Service just 3
minutes from our front door; 4 minutes to the University Subway line (4
stops to St. George Station); going the other direction we
are 12 minutes to Dufferin Station( 15 min to Korea town @
Christie);Bus to Egington and Yonge apprx. 20 minutes (or you can go
via subway)
FOOD: 3 MEALS/DAY....NOTE: We buy and prepare specialty items....KIMCHI, KOREAN SOUPS, BULGOGI
(Students make own lunch on holidays and week-ends... we always havelots of food to choose from)
RULES: Basically none...we just all share the house
and enjoy each others company. When you live with us this is your home
so that means your friends are welcome and if you are hungry at any time Please EAT!!
