Mos Mos Coffee is hiring a Baker Assistant for our downtown Toronto location at 20 Bay Street. Shifts start at 5:00 AM Monday - Friday. The first 4 weeks will be part-time (4–6 hour shifts), with an opportunity to move into full-time (6–8 hour shifts) based on performance.
Duties include washing baking trays, packing cookies and baked goods, and assisting with daily bakery prep. Previous baking or kitchen experience is required, and applicants must speak and understand English.
Due to training requirements, applicants must have long-term work eligibility in Canada (minimum 9 months).
