Position Overview


We are a rapidly growing K-Beauty distributor seeking a dynamic and highly communicative Business Development Associate to support and drive our market expansion. This role focuses on executing strategic marketing initiatives, developing compelling sales offers, and building strong, collaborative relationships with partners to accelerate our continued growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Business Planning & Marketing Execution:

  • Assist in developing various business strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends to support the planning of effective business operations.

  • Communicate with partner brands in Korea to manage product purchasing and supply schedules.

2. Sales & Partner Management:

  • Plan and propose new product offers (Sales) tailored to specific partners.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to partners.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships through close communication with each partner.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment on sales goals and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Korean.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (Crucial for partner management and internal/external collaboration).

  • Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, marketing, or partnership management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace (Especially Excel/PowerPoint or Sheets/Slides).

  • Data analysis skills to track sales performance, partner growth, and marketing ROI.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Location: 108 Doncaster Ave, Thornhill, ON L3T 1L3
  • Salary: To be discussed during the interview
  • Probationary Period: 3 months
