We hope that you can share in this vision with us. 모집 요강 : 직원 0명 - English and 한국어 구사자, Full time - 영주권자 우대, 합법적으로 근무 가능 분 - 경력자 우대 ( 한국 경력 포함 ) Please send your resume to Helen.lee@totalexpress.ca, euna.ritter@totalexpress.ca Responsibilities : (Will include but not limited to) Import/Export freight operations, booking, tracking, delivery, billing for all modes of transport (air, ocean, truck, intermodal) Stay abreast current and upcoming regulations Maintain excellent relations with clients and agents Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file Ensure all client special instructions are followed Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. Follow up on client’s reports Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents Maintain customer profiles |
