To the Vice Principal
Sir/Madam;
Greetings!
I sincerely thank you for your favor of receiving my children with warmth. Yoon Hee has a great talent yet she has had a difficulty in adapting to other people and her environment. Though I made her major in violin to overcome her difficulties but she chose her studies abroad instead of studying violin. So, we chose New Zealand because it has a good educational environment. And we were pleased and thankful for studying in Santa Maria college which is filled with God’s love.
But, some problems occurred and it made many teachers worry and made her tell you that she wants to move her home stay. I heard that you instruct students with religious belief and you also said student’s happiness is the first. Regarding the school rules about refunding tuition fees, though it’s not allowed, we were given the privilege to have it. And I was touched.I really thank to principal, vice principal and teacher Isol.
I knew lately that My son, Yoon-Jae was involved in trouble with his class mate Cris. I was worried that he cannot express his opinion well when he stayed in Korea. He is bashful. So, he can’t look at others when he talks with others. Also, when he lies his face and ears become red. Because I doubted him, I asked him trying to read his voice through calling. But, he said Cris made him fall into a difficult situation.
I am worrying about the misunderstanding becomes bigger before this matter is finished and my children are going to move to other school. This is parent’s sad mind that if he made mistake I want to ask forgiveness and pay price for it. Or if it’s a misunderstanding, it will be forgotten.
I feel sad that he made you be worried and could give you a bad impression of Korean student being away from his mistake. I tried to prove the truth with his guardian. Also, he has continually said he didn’t receive anything and he is innocent. So, I want to believe him.
He has to move school because of his older sister, but he feels very sad that he doesn’t want to separate from friends of Santa Maria College. I thought if he committed trouble he would not miss leaving Santa Maria College. I grieve over things that both of my two children are having a difficult time because, they expected to study abroad. Though Yoon Jae didn’t receive it from Cris, he didn’t stop his friend’s bad things. So, I want to pay $20 as compensation. I have to meet and give you but, situation is not allowed. So, would you subtract it from tuition fee which will be refunded? If my opinion is rude, forgive my rudeness. I sincerely ask you to believe Yoon-Jae with your mercy.
