The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Method 1:
clear data
clear cache of google play store & google service framework
Method 2:
remove your gmail account
reboot
Re-add account

작성자 Jae-Goo 작성시간16.04.23 일반적으로 사내 네트워크에 문제가 있거나 일시적으로 구글쪽과 통신이 문제가 생길때 발생하는 것 같습니다.
그 외에는 이미 하신것 처럼 구글 캐시를 지우고 로긴된 구글계정을 삭제 후 재등록을 해보시거나 휴대폰을 리부팅
을 해보셔야 할 것 같습니다. 앱의 문제는 아닌것 같아요.
