Exciting new Nuance RealSpeak Solo? voices are now available for TextAloud.
Available in a variety of languages, these high quality SAPI5 voices average around 100mb in disk space, support speed but not pitch adjustment, and the US English voices are supported by TextAloud's Advanced Phoneme-based pronunciation editor. They are $45 each and are available via download or on CD.
Note: These voices are sold only as part of TextAloud, so you must already have it or must purchase TextAloud at this time for the voices to work. We will have updates to the other Aloud products soon that will also support the voices. |

After the download is complete, run the .exe file to install the new voice engine. Click File->Exit on TextAloud and restart the program. The new voices will appear under "Lernout & Hauspie" when you click on the Engines/Voices tab. If voices do not appear, check Advanced FAQ for more help. |
