1. Outbox/Digipak/Other part damages
Once your DVD is delivered, please immediately check if there's any damage on your package.

If there's any damage on your package, please email to bimiletter@gmail.com with proof of purchase(screenshot including purchasing site, your name, date of purchase, product name, delivered date) and pictures of the damaged part.

※ Replacement is ONLY available within ONE WEEK from the delivered date.

2. Disc play related issues
Please check your player spec/codec/software etc first.

If your promblem is occurred in DVD-ROM setting, A/S will NOT be available.
