AI 그룹 영어 토론 연습 체험해보기 - 기존 멤버 및 신규 신청자 대상

매주 수목 저녁 8:00~8:40에 AI가 리드하는 2인 그룹 음성 토론 프로 그램의 체험 행사를 마련하였습니다.

(사용할만한지 의견을 듣기 위해 2월 11일부터 한달 정도만 진행해볼 예정입니다) 

기존 그룹에 참가 중인 멤버님이나 신규 영어 토론 신청자 분들 중 체험해보실 분은   운영자 Young에게 

카톡 예약 주세요~(운영자 Young카톡 아이디 thehonest 친구 추가) 

Zoom으로 진행되고, 참가 예약은 한번에 2명까지 가능합니다. 

(수목 저녁 40분 동안 진행인데 이 시간이 어려운 신규 토론 신청자는

 다른 시간대도 가능합니다 )

2인 그룹 토론이라 1인이 혼자서 연습하는 것보다는 좀 덜 지루할 것 같아서

설문 조사 목적으로 한달 정도만 진행해보고 

평이 좋으면 다양한 내용으로 확대해보려구요.

* 토픽 제목 : K-18-1 Solving Housing Shortages in Korea¡¯s Major Cities

* 진행 안내문 - 각 질문에 대해 A, B 참가자에게 돌아가면서 AI가 묻고, 참가자가 답변을 하면 피드백을 해줍니다.

Background: Korea's capital city, Seoul, and the other major cities such as Busan and Incheon, have been experiencing severe housing shortages. This problem has been triggered by a variety of complex factors including the urban population growth, insufficient suburban housing developments, speculative real estate investments, and inefficient housing policies. The government's efforts to regulate the soaring apartment prices have not shown effective results yet. Instead, stricter regulations have led to increased demand for jeonse (long-term deposit rentals), pushing up the jeonse prices dramatically.

Comprehension Questions:

1. Can you describe the reasons behind the housing crisis in major Korean cities?
2. What government measures have been implemented to remedy the housing shortage and regulate the soaring apartment prices?
3. How has the public response been towards these government measures?
4. Can you explain the concept of jeonse and how its price dynamics have factored into the housing crisis?

In-depth Discussion Questions:

1. What are the ramifications of such a housing crisis on the economic, social, and cultural aspects of Korean society?
2. How has the housing crisis affected the young generation specifically and what are the implications for their future?
3. What are some alternative, possibly innovative, approaches to addressing the housing shortage that the government or private sector could consider?
4. What kind of changes do you think need to be made in terms of real estate policy, urban planning or societal attitudes to create long-term solutions for Korea's housing shortages?

Remember to express your opinions clearly and justify your answers. There's no right or wrong response, the goal is to stimulate thoughts and generate productive conversations. As members A and B respond, I will analyze their answers and guide the discussion.

Eval‎uation & Improvement Tips:

At the end of the discussion, I will provide a comprehensive eval‎uation of each participant's English speaking skill, with an emphasis on grammar accuracy and naturalness of English expressions. Tips for improvement will also be provided. It's essential that members A and B are open to feedback and willing to work on their areas of improvement to enhance their English proficiency.

Let's start our discussion with the first comprehension question: Can you describe the reasons behind the housing crisis in major Korean cities? We'll begin with member A.
