Bondmaster's product development specialists have formulated adhesive chemistries specifically for the high performance requirements of today's manufacturing and processing operations. Bondmaster's heat-cured epoxies can withstand operating temperature ranges from -65 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and provide shear strengths up to 5000 psi. Even with these superior performance characteristics, Bondmaster adhesives dispense quickly as single-part chemistries and cure, under induction heating, in 15 seconds.

How Do 1-Part Adhesives Work?
Bondmaster's 1-part epoxies have the hardener already included into the adhesive. With 1-part epoxies the hardener remains inactive in the formulation until the adhesive is heated. Although the heating method is unimportant, air circulating ovens continue to offer cost-effective curing, while, induction heating remains a popular alternative due to its rapid curing speed.

    Bondmaster 1-part epoxy adhesives offer the user complete working control of the adhesive. The formulation will not cure without being heated at a suitable temperature, for a sufficient period of time. When the adhesive is heated, curing is achieved in as little as 15 seconds.

    Bondmaster's 1-part, heat-cured epoxies set at temperatures over 90C/195F, providing extremely high application performance. Bondmaster epoxy adhesives have the strength and durability to replace mechanical joining techniques such as welding and riveting.
