Bondmaster's line of epoxies has a long history of exceptional performance. Most notably, Bondmaster's 2-part epoxies. These high performance adhesives provide high shear strength, up to 3,770 psi, as well as the ability to join virtually all surfaces; including metals, composites, ferrite, cementitious products, and plastics.
How Do 2-Part Adhesives Work?
Bondmaster 2-part epoxy formulations, are made up of a resin and a hardener component. Curing results from the reaction between the resin and the hardener; as opposed to being heated, as with 1-part epoxies. The specific mix ratio of the 2-part epoxy components is dependent on the particular application. Bondmaster's 2-part epoxies are available in pre-measured packaging, and radio-opaque epoxy formulations.

Bondmaster's 2-part toughened epoxy adhesives are formulated to provide superior strength and durability. At full cure these epoxies provide a shear strength of over 3700 psi. Their high viscosity presents an excellent gap fill capability; up to 0.200 inches, making Bondmaster 2-part epoxies a superior resource for the demands of structural bonding in high performance applications.
