drawdowns of capital commitments and forward note purchase commitments

Capital will be called by the Manager as needed, on at least seven business days' prior written notice, in order to enable each Fund to fund its acquisition of Debt Investments, to pay Fund Expenses, or to maintain a reasonable reserve for the payment of future Fund Expenses and other obligations. With respect to investors that are fund of funds, the Manager may apply the notice provisions on a look through basis so as to require the fund of funds to make capital calls of its investors immediately, affording its investors seven business days' prior written notice.

그리고 look through basis? 는 전혀 모르겠고요...

make capital calls of its investors 투자자로 하여금 출자이행을 요청하다? 이렇게 해석하면 될까요?

금융지식이 없이는 하기가 상당히 어려운 번역을 하고 계시군요~~
원래 drawdown은 장기간 건설 공사 같은 project를 financing 할 때, 공사 진척도에 따라 약정된 project financing 금액에서 점진적으로 차입금을 뻬내어 가는 것을 말합니다. 여기서는 자본금 총액을 약정해 놓고(commitment) 그 범위 내에서 필요할 때마다 납입하는 것을 말합니다. Manager 입장에서 보면 빼내어 감소시키는 것(drawdown)이 되겠지요... 오늘은 여기까지....
