Your timing to post this is perfect.

I'm going to send it to a friend who is incredibly strong, intelligent, creative and successful... but has been going through numerous challenges and when we last sat down for a visit, she broke down in tears and apologized profusely... and said that had been happening a lot lately.

She's had to be strong for all the many, many people who lean on her for support and to me she was a walking pressure cooker. The tears and the crying were a much needed release. Perhaps these words will help her... so thanks.
