겸허한 자들에게는 지혜가 있다.—잠언 11:2.
성경을 읽으면서, 모든 점을 한 번에 다 실천하려고 하지 말고 먼저 한두 가지 목표만 정해 보십시오. 이렇게 해 볼 수 있습니다. 자신이 발전해야 할 점들을 적은 다음 그중에 한두 개를 골라 먼저 실천해 보십시오. 그리고 나머지 점들은 나중에 실천해 보십시오. 그러면 무엇부터 시작해 볼 수 있습니까? 달성하기 쉬운 목표부터 시작해 볼 수 있습니다. 또는 가장 시급하다고 생각하는 점부터 실천해 볼 수 있습니다. 목표를 세웠다면 출판물을 조사해 보십시오. 자신의 목표에 대해 여호와께 기도하면서 목표를 실천할 ‘의욕과 능력’을 달라고 청하십시오. 반론: 겸허는 자신의 한계를 아는 것이다. 자신의 한계를 알고 겸손하게 행동하는 것이다. 오르지 못할 나무는 쳐다보지 말아야 한다. 그런데 인간은 겸허가 부족하다. 오르지 못할 나무도 기어 올라가다가 떨어져 죽는다. 죽어도 올라가고 싶어 하기 때문이다.
중장회가 그러하다. 성경에 대해서 맹탕인 사람들이 마치 모든 것을 아는 것처럼 행동한다. 하나님의 생각을 알지도 못하면서 모두 아는 것처럼 예언을 한다. 성경에 대한 기초적인 지식도 없으면서 예언을 하고 미래를 예측하고 있다.
그 결과 150년간 거짓말만 늘어 놓았다. 러셀은 1914년에 하늘에 간다고 예언을 하였지만 거짓말이었다. 성경에 대한 지식이 없는 문맹자가 겸허하지 못하고 까불다가 저지른 실패였다.
그 후에도 증인 조직의 인도자들은 1925년에 아브라함이 육적으로 부활한다고 예언 하였다. 그 예언도 거짓말이었다. 그들은 마태복음 8장 11절에 나오는 성구를 몰랐기 때문이다. 그 성구는 "아브라함과 이삭과 야곱이 하나님의 나라에 있다" 고 예언되어 있다.
이 성구를 모르고 이 땅에서 부활한다고 주장하였으며 지금도 그러한 거짓말을 하고 있다. 더 나아가서 미래에 아마겟돈이 오고 신세계가 오고 죽은 사람들이 육적으로 부활한다고 주장한다. 모두가 거짓말이다. 성경에 대한 지식이 없기 때문이다.
아주 쉬운 목표인 성경도 제대로 읽지 않았기 때문이다. 성경의 기초적인 지식을 갖기 위해서는 먼저 성경을 읽어야 한다. 묵상하면서 천천히 읽어야 한다. 이 기본적인 목표만 잘 이행하여도 성경을 가지고 거짓말은 하지 않을 것이다.
창세기 3장을 천천히 묵상 하면서 읽으면 인간은 반드시 죽으며 그 이유는 아담이 선악과를 먹었기 때문이라고 알려준다. 더 나아가서 인간이 이 땅에서 영원히 살지 못하는 이유는 생명 나무의 실과를 먹지 못했기 때문이라고 설명한다. (창2:17, 22~24)
아주 명백하고도 중요한 진리이다. 가장 기초적인 진리이며 성경의 존재의 의미를 알려주는 내용이다. 그런데 중장회와 증인들은 이 기초적인 내용도 알지 못한다. 이러한 성구에 대해서 음미하지 않기 때문이다. 깊이 묵상하지 않기 때문이다.
그냥 성경을 읽으면서 이미 머리에 고정된 잘못된 지식이 보초를 서기 때문이다. 잘못된 지식이 방패가 되어 어떤 성구도 머리에 들어오지 않기 때문이다. 그래서 하나님이 아담에게 선고한 "반드시 죽는다" 라는 말을 농담으로 여기는 자들이다.
예수의 대속으로 "반드시 죽는다" 는 선고는 거짓말이 되었다는 것이다. 하나님이 아담에게 거짓말을 했다는 것이다. 참으로 놀라운 생각이다. 이런 자들이 중장회이다. 하나님이 아담에게 거짓말을 하고 농담을 하는 지위에 있는 하나님인가?
하나님이 인간을 데리고 거짓말을 하겠는가? 그렇게 했다고 주장하는 자들이 중장회이며 증인들이다. 참으로 한심한 자들이다. 더 나아가서 영원히 살지 못하는 이유도 성경은 생명 나무의 실과를 먹지 못했기 때문이라고 분명하게 밝히고 있다.
그리고 생명 나무에 대한 접근을 불 칼을 두어 지키게 하였으며 아담을 영원히 에덴 동산에서 쫓아 내셨다. 그래서 태어난 인간은 반드시 죽는 것이다. 이것이 진리이며 성경의 기본 가르침이다. (힙9:27)
이런 쉬운 진리도 알지 못하는 중장회가 마치 성경을 모두 아는 것처럼 거짓말을 하고 있다. 지금도 미래에 아마겟돈이 오고 증인 외에는 모두 죽는다고 가르친다. 그리고 이땅이 닉원이 되고 이 땅에서 영원히 산다고 주장한다.
참으로 어리석은 주장이며 예언이다. 이런 거짓말이며 맹탕인 주장에 동조하여 중장회를 믿고 따르는 증인들도 한심한 자들이다. 증인들은 성경을 읽지도 않는다. 집회 준비에 바빠서 개인적인 연구도 하지 않는다. 중장회가 가르치는 거짓말에 만족하고 있다.
자기 피를 수혈해도 괜찮다고 하면 의심도 하지 않고 그대로 받아 들인다. 하루 아침에 중요한 교리가 변경되어도 놀라지도 않는다. 이미 양심이 화인 맞았기 때문이다. 불도장으로 양심이 무감각해졌다.
그 결과 옳고 그름을 분별하는 양심의 기본적인 기능도 마비되었다. 그래서 성경에 대해서 맹인인 중장회가 인도하는 길을 그대로 따라가고 있다. 그 결과는 둘 다 구덩이에 빠져서 허우적 거리고 있다. 중장회는 구덩이에서도 잘 먹고 잘산다.
그러나 증인들은 구덩이에 빠져서 먹지도 입지도 못하고 숨도 제대로 쉬지 못한다. 그러한 환경에서 허우적 거리고 있다. 성경을 제대로 이해하는 길은 가징 기본적인 성경을 읽는 것이다.
천천히 묵상하면서 읽으면 중장회가 거짓말을 하고 있다는 것을 쉽게 발견할수 있다. 더 늦기전에 거짓말쟁이이며 성경에 대한 지식이 맹탕이고 거짓 예언자인 중장회가 인도하는 증인 조직에서 해방되어야 한다.

There is wisdom in the humble. — Proverbs 11:2.
Instead of trying to practice everything at once while reading the Bible, set only one or two goals first. This is how you can do it. Write down what you need to improve, then choose one or two of them to practice first. Then, put the rest into practice later. So, what can you start with? You can start with goals that are easy to achieve. Or you can start with what you think is the most urgent. If you have set goals, research your publications. Pray for the Lord about your goals and ask for 'desire and ability' to carry them out. (Philipbo 2:13) Then put what you have learned into practice. If you achieve your first goal well, you will be more motivated to set and achieve your next goal. If you develop one aspect of your Christian life or develop one Christian character, you will find it easier to develop in another.
Counter-argument: Humility is knowing one's limits. It's about knowing one's limits and being humble. You shouldn't look at trees that can't climb. However, humans lack humility. Even trees that cannot be climbed fall and die while climbing. This is because they want to climb even if they die.
