우리는 ··· 하느님의 아들의 죽음을 통해 하느님과 화해하게 되었[습니다.]—로마 5:10.

반론: 화해, 평화, 공존과 같은 말은 좋은 말이다. 다툼, 분열, 전쟁과는 반대의 의미이다. 인간은 화해와 평화와 공존의 세상을 원한다. 그런 시대를 바란다. 그러나 인간은 그렇게 하기가 어렵다. 통치자가 누구냐에 따라서 세계의 평화가 깨어지기도 하고 찾아 오기도 한다.
한 사람의 결정이 세계를 움직이고 결정하게 한다. 아담의 선택도 그러하였다. 아담이 선악과를 먹으므로 죽음이 오게 되었고 그 영향은 전 인류에게 영향을 주었다. 결과는 죽음이었다. 태어난 인간은 죽음의 종착역을 향햐여 열심히 달리는 것이다.
그 긴 경주에서 희노애락을 맛보면서 사는 것이다. 그것이 인생이다. 그러나 반전의 드라마를 좋아 하시는 하나님은 육체를 가진 인간을 영체를 가진 인간으로 바꾸어 주셨다. 놀라운 변화이며 반전이다. 죽음은 끝이 아니라 시작이며 종착역이 아니라 출발점이다.
그러한 변화의 중심에는 예수께서 계신다. 인간을 위한 화목제물로 희생되셨기 때문이다. 그 어떤 동물로도 이루지 못한 희생 제물이 되셨다. "눈은 눈으로 이는 이로" 갚아 주시는 원칙의 하나님께서 아담을 대신하여 예수를 이 땅에 보내시고 죽음에 이르게 하였다. 대단한 희생이며 사랑이다.
하나님과 예수의 결정으로 시들시들 죽어가는 풀잎들이 다시 봄비에 생기를 얻듯이 힘차게 피어나게 되었다. 하나님과 멀어진 관계가 매우 밀접한 관계가 되었다. 서먹서먹한 관계에서 찰떡같은 관계가 되었다.
하나님은 다시 인간을 사랑하게 되셨으며 아들로 받아 들이셨다. 지금의 전 인류는 모두 하나님의 자녀이며 아들들이다. 죽음의 구렁텅이에서 구출을 하신 것이다. 인간도 화해를 하게 되면 과거는 묻지 않는다. 피해를 당한 일들은 까맣게 잊어 버린다.
용서란 그런 것이다. 진정으로 용서를 하지 않으면 다시금 반복하여 생각하게 되고 곱씹게 되고 원망과 원한만 쌓여간다. 진정한 용서는 다시는 피해에 대해서 언급하지 않는 것이며 깨끗하게 잊어 버리는 것이다.
하나님이 인간에게 보여주신 용서가 그러한 용서이다. "주홍같은 죄가 양털같이 희어지고 그분의 기억 속에서 생각하지 않으신다". 너무나 가치있는 대속물로 화해하셨기 때문이다. 그러한 진정한 용서가 없다면 하나님께서 예수를 대속으로 희생하신 목적도 사라질 것이다.
그 결과 인간은 죽은 후에 하나님의 나라에서 영으로 부활하여 영원한 생명이 가능하게 되었다. 육체를 가진 인간에서 영체를 가진 영자가 되는 것이다. 반전도 이런 반전은 없다. 미꾸러지가 용이 되는 것이다. 개천에서 용이 태어난 것이다.
비유가 이상하지만 불가능한 것이 가능하게 된 것이다. 흔히 사용하는 비유이기에 언급하는 것이다. 그런데 이러한 엄청난 대속의 결과로 하나님과 화해하게 된 인간들을 중앙장로회는 무식하게도 또 다시 심판을 하신다고 가르치고 있다.
다시 죽이겠다는 것이다. 엄청난 재앙이 기다리고 있다는 것이다. 증인이 아닌 80억명의 세계 인구를 모두 깡그리 죽이는 심판을 하나님이 하신다는 것이다. 이런 배은망덕하고 무지하고 무지막지한 자들이 중장회이다.
오직 자기들의 사리사욕을 위해서 증인들만 생존하고 나머지 인류는 모두 죽이는 심판 즉, 아마겟돈이 다기오고 있다고 주장한다. 엄청난 거짓말이며 가소로운 주장이고 하나님과 예수께서 마련하신 화해의 마련을 깡그리 무시하는 주장이다.
오직 돈에 눈이 멀어 증인들이 조직을 떠나지 못하게 하는 방법으로 하나님과 예수를 악용하는 것이다. 이런 자들이 하나님의 심판을 자초하는 자들이며 천 벌을 받아 마땅한 자들이다. 전세계적으로 회관을 파는 일들이 발생하고 있다.
그 돈은 모두 워치타워 본부로 간다. 과거에는 회중의 재산은 회중이 관리를 하였다. 헌금으로 필요한 경비를 사용하고 남는 돈은 회중 헌금으로 보관하였다. 회계 보고를 할 때도 그렇게 보고 하였다. 수입이 얼마이고 지출이 얼마이고 잔금이 얼마 있다고 발표하였다.

사용하지 않는 회관은 모두 팔고 돈은 워치타워 본부로 간다. 그야말로 정상적인 인간들이 할수 없는 일을 하는 것이다. 그들이 중장회이다. 전도인수가 늘어날 때는 하나님의 축복이라고 주장하다가 줄어들면 말이 없다.
하나님의 저주라고 말해야 하는데 그런 말은 하지 않는다. 전형적인 양의 탈을 쓴 이리들이다. 하나님과 화해한 인간들을 이용하여 돈벌이에 열을 올리고 있는 증인 조직을 비롯한 종교 조직에서 해방되어야 한다. 멸시받고 권위가 땅에 떨어진 종교로부터 탈출해야 한다.

We have come to reconcile with God through the death of the Son of God.]—Roma 5:10.
